Please choose carefully before you buy. Due to health & hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer an exchange policy for change of mind on adult products. For faulty products, we offer a 30 DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY, from the date you receive your product. Before returning a faulty toy, may we first ask you to follow a few simple testing points as follows.

  • Check the movie format of your DVD & if it can be played on your DVD player & television.
  • Check if your TV set can receive PAL and NTSC signals.
